Caroline Wilson is the Managing Broker of the Coldwell Banker Roswell office. EDUCATION

Our associates have access to a variety of educational opportunities. Technology workshops, Lunch n' Learn, Legal and CE courses are offered throughout the year. Agents attend BootcAMP to begin their career followed by AMP. Our education director, Becky Eakle, has an ongoing calendar of available courses. Coldwell Banker Roswell offers in office classes and workshops designed to educate, inform and allow the agent to use the tools necessary for success!

IN-OFFICE COACHING

There are many opportunities for coaching in the Roswell office. Individual training, small group workshops and group mastermind sessions are offered monthly. Individual agent assessments and needs analysis are given throughout the year. Caroline's goal is for all agents in Roswell to understand the tools and to utilize what is available to achieve their desired result.
